MK Systems is intended solely for use by authorized MKDCS employees and personnel in connection with their employment or engagement. It is not offered to the general public.
To provision your account and workspaces, we collect your name, employee ID, email address, department, role, and login credentials.
The MK Time FV module uses your device's camera to capture facial imagery for face verification during attendance logging. Facial data is processed to generate a biometric template used solely to confirm your identity for time and attendance purposes. Raw images and derived templates are stored securely and are not used for any purpose other than attendance verification, and are not shared with any third party.
The MK Geo Ride and MK GEO modules collect precise GPS location data, including while the app is running in the background, when you are actively engaged in a tracked ride, delivery, or field assignment. Background location is only collected during an active tracked task and is used to monitor route progress, arrival status, and field operations. You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings, though doing so will limit the functionality of these modules.
Documents, attachments, messages, photos, and files you upload, send, or store through modules such as Email, DMS, MK Command, MK Asset, MK Index, and MK Ledger.
Attendance logs, time-in/time-out records, payroll calculations, and related employment data processed through MK Time and MK Pay.
Device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and general usage activity, collected to maintain app stability and security.

Data collected through MK Systems is stored on MKDCS-controlled infrastructure. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved, including access controls limiting biometric and location data to authorized systems and personnel, and encryption in transit for data submitted through the app.
We do not sell your personal information. Information collected through MK Systems is accessible only to authorized MKDCS personnel with a legitimate business need, and may be disclosed where required by Philippine law, regulation, or lawful government order, or to service providers who support our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including your period of employment or engagement with MKDCS and any additional period required by applicable labor, tax, or record-keeping laws. Biometric templates are retained only for as long as needed for attendance verification and are deleted upon separation from the company, subject to legal retention requirements.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be informed, to access your personal data, to object to processing, to correct inaccurate data, to request erasure or blocking where applicable, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. MK Systems is intended solely for use by MKDCS employees and personnel and is not directed to, nor knowingly used by, children.
